Answer to 1st question:

The American medical association developed these medical ethics for patient's benefit which should followed by every physician. Those are:

--1). The physician must show his dedication in the providing of medical care to the patient with the respect of thier status and thier rights. physician must provide the quality of care and safe treatment methods to patient helps in the recovery of that patient.

--2). The physician must show his professionalism by giving respect to his fellow physicians, being honest in the conversations with patients and other physicians and must report after he witness any physician doesnot have sufficient knowledge about treating patients because the patients safety comes first than anything . He must follow these ethics to enhance the providing of quality of care to the patients.

--3). The physician must respect the patient and other health providers of their rights in the hospital and their privacy and should not disclose the patients information to anyone and must keep it safe.

--4). The physician must study about the latest updates happen in the patients treatment and the new medications to treat with less side effects , new technology applied in treating and gain that knowledge about them and educate patients who need that particular treatment and also to other healthcare providers which helps them to gain knowledge about them by giving lectures.

--5). The physician has the chances to choose the patient who they want to provide the care and treatment under normal situations but under emergency in the hospital, the physician does not have the chance to choose and must provide care and treatment to that patient and saving the life of that patient is the priority in emergency cases. physican can also choose to associate with which physian in surgeries to treat the patient and in which type of environment.

--6). The physician must attend in the events or activities which helps in the better improvement in the hospital communities and also helps in the attaining improvement in the good public health.

Answer to 2nd question:

The clinical laboratory improvement amendments( CLIA) is for the improvement of quality and accuracy in the test results and in which the diagnostic tests are done in the laboratory . Its main aim is getting Accuracy and get patient test results without mistakes and can depend on them to treat the patient.

The centers for medicare and medicaid services (CMS) which is the one controls the all clinical laboratory tests done on human beings under the guidelines of clinical laboratory improvement amendmends and doesnot involve in the researches.

-in the laboratory testing, the CMS checks the testing and monitors for the quality of testing and also monitors profeciency of testing . The diagnostic results are monitored and apply the accuracy of results in the patient treatment.

--The Food and drug administration also regulates the clinical laboratory testing and in this FDA categorises the testing under which it comes under what category and monitors its performance for quality of results.

--The Centers for disease control and prevention(CDC) also regulates the laboratory testing under the CLIA and it allows the laboratories to researches and provide the technological support to the laboratories for better reults. it also monitors the laboratory proficiency of testing and maintain the quality of tests under CLIA guidelines.
