Answer #1

Millennial generation are also known as Generation Y or the net generation.Anyone born between 1981 and 1996 (ages 22 and 37yrs in 2018) are considered a Millenial, and anyone born from 1997 onward will be a new generation.

The characteristics and behaviour are mostly considered to be

  • Strong work ethic
  • Self assured
  • Competitive
  • Goal centric
  • Resourceful
  • Mentally focused
  • Term oriented
  • Disciplined

I dont consider Milliennial generation to be entilted as Antisocial behaviour, as no studies support stating that all people are born during the period are exhibiting antisocial behaviour. It is just an argument with no scientific evidences.Antisocial behaviours exist in all generation.Though study has reported that low incomes and unemployement cases are reported among the Millinneal generation.
