1 Firstlabout the case,i make reviews and recommendationswhich helps to further clarify to the paient or the patients surrogates the options and alternatives and provides support to the members of the health care team who are involved in the dilemma.An open non confrontational discussion between the parties allows each side to see the other rationales and points of view .in the end,if no resolution can be achieved ,a consultation with the ethics committee is an excellent means of reexamining and reapproaching the issue.When these actions fail to reconcile the caregiver to the patients course of treatment ,a request to be removed from the case should be made.The request should be honoured and the provider removed as long as others are availble to take care of the patient.
