Do you agree or disagree and why?

Although managed care is good it comes along with oversight by the government and regulation which might hinder the time spent with patients. In order to address the spiritual needs of the patient I believe the provider should render care from a place of compassion first and foremost and truly seek to heal the individual. James 5:14-15 says "if there be any sick among you, let him call upon the elders of the church and let them pray over him, anointing him with the oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith shall save the sick" There should always be a practice of faith in action and less focus on the monetary aspect of the business.

All people have their own belief and spiritual way to address themselves. So I'm strongly agree the passages,

Because the nursing care always thought that should give respect to all religious culture and practice and which will be helpful to improve the self esteem of others, And sometimes which may helpful the sick to achieve a healthy life. For example sometimes old age people need a spiritual setup always if we are giving an importants to those aspects they will feel comfortable and adorable to these settings.

So I'm strongly agree the statement, because sometimes by dealing with those emotional needs may achieve into successful aspect of business.
