Answer: The alphabetical system is different from the terminal number. The alphabetical system contains alphabet and all the sequence are alphabetically arranged. It is filed according to the characters. It is easy to learn as well as can be easily adopted.

The terminal number contains the digits or the numerical order. It requires numerical facilities to adopt the terminal number. It provide better security of the records as compare to alphabetical order. But it requires immense time for the training to the staff.
