If other countries are able to do similar procedures as those done in the United States for lower fees, and with the same or better outcomes, why can't the United States offer the same services?

Health care in the United States costs about twice as much as it does in any other developed country.it cant afford by middle or low income peoples.so the patient will go to a different country for treatment. United States can also offer the same services like other countries.they need to reduce administrative costs.It may help in providing healthcare in low fees.other countries have some form of price controls. The government negotiates with drug companies and device makers for lower prices,and the government has the power to win those negotiations.The United States doesn't do that.It leaves the negotiations up to individual insurers.This scenario has to change to offer better healthcare services with low cost.
