1. Economic growth has great influcence on nutrition of children. GDP has direct relation with malnutrition in african contries. The countries like south africa which has high GDP is suffering obisity while those with low GDP like Malawi is suffering from underweight. So the remedial measures for both has to be found and this is double burden

2. Yes. Because underweight are still present but in a lower number of countries. While obesity is the major problem faced by many countries. Obesity may lead to life style disease and has capacity to reduce the life expetency. So policy makers should focus on obesity aswell
