Select an outcome (goal statement) for one of the nursing diagnosis selected from above.
What nursing interventions would you perform to treat these concerns? What interprofessional team members could you involve in the care of Ms. Brown?
Answer: She is suffering from hyperlipidemia that means several disorders that result in extra fats, also known as lipids, in blood. This increases the chances of getting coronary heart disease and also may results in the inadequate amount of blood supply to the heart.
She does not take her meals properly which may result into weakness and hence the breathing problem. And medicines may not affect her as very less absorption will be held.
She is at risk of heart diseases, as already she has hypertension and an excess amount of cholesterol .
