  • lack of time in each shift.
  • excess documentation work.
  • lack of IPR between nurse and patient.
  • lack of privacy
  • lack of experience for ex- use of computer, catheterisation, central line,tracheostomy, use of ventilator etc
  • patient getting afraid of use new machinary like syringe pump, ventilator, MRI, CT, USG etc for their risk to them.

  • maintaining good IPR among nurse and patient.
  • meet the immediate need of patient to gain patient confident.
  • onsite training and hands on practice regularly for the nurse.
