Answer #1

The liver has a major role in regulating carbohydrates, fat and protein metabolism.if a person is suffering from liver disease then his metabolism get altered.

When macronutrients like protein , fat are consumed it cause a change in livery fat.The liver rapidly alter nutrient fluxes that occur during the transition from postabsortive to postprandial state .once taken fatty acids they are converted into fatty acyl-coenzyme .

When energy stores are in excess , TCA cycle intermediates and accumulate resulting in transportation of citrate . The mechanism by which macronutrients, cause a change in liver fat remain to be fully elucidated. fat intake is often accompanied by increasing the risk of obesity , diabetes and would affect insulin sensitivity and other markers of metabolis

Protein intake increase muscle mass , raise the level of glucose, and develops hepatic encephalopathy
