Rationale-

now-a-days as compare to adult the teenagers are very much excited to take the substance like drugs and alcohol. in slum area their parents are busy in work and their kids are enjoying life by substance abuse. according to WHO statistics the teenagers of slum are having more number of substance abuse in slum. for which they are having many health issues also. because of low economic status, no parenting bonding, bad friend circle etc the teenagers are became substance abuser. usually they bacame drug addict for which they became weak, thin , brown hair, pale colour body etc
