Answer: Practice-based evidence is totally based on the experiments or the practices made in real or original. So, for the treatment of UTI , the practices done should be applied. By the practice based evidence only the medicaton dose is confirmed and given to the patient. The most appropriate antibiotic choices are trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (160/800 mg twice daily for 3 to 7 days), nitrofurantoin (100 mg twice daily for 5 to 7 days), or fosfomycin (Monurol; 3 g in a single dose.

It generates the evidence arrived through the practice. Making the treatment and care more accurate and healhty.

PBE is important for every healthcare professionals as with this one can assume and predicts the condition as well as the result of the problem. There are many research through which many new ideas can encounter the treatment in the betterment of the patient.
