Material culture are one which refers to physical objects like neighbours, places,homes,etc., simply called as materialistic.This culture makes individual to gain experience of how to behave with each other, rapport, social culture in different places.

Non material culture are generally the emotional feeling ideas and thoughts.This is one which is to be achieved from the childhood a good behaviour, communication with people, critical thinking etc., to gain success in career.

Hence both are necessary to gain experience and achieve the career goals in each and every field.
