As a health care operations manager regarding financial planning and budgeting it is difficult to manage the demand and needs of the population to the hospital. Because due to the excess increase in population and providing better facilities to the patient is not possible. So, planning things within the budget of people is most difficult.Hospitals are the second most energy-intensive buildings after restaurants, and globally, healthcare costs are on the rise. These financial challenges in addition to an aging world population and increasing energy costs are putting pressure on healthcare organizations to do more with less without compromising quality of care.
