#. Steps in developing effective marketing communications :-

1. Identify the audience - means the audience whom you want to provide the education , information like students , patients etc .

2. Determine the communication objective - means state the goals of the education program

3. Design the message - make a design for implementation of the information

4. Choose the media - decide the medium for communication like , audio only , vedio only or audio and video both for example , pamplets , TV show , role play etc

5. Select the message source - means to choose the source of information from where to be collected .

6. Collecting feedback - means evaluating the outcome of the implementation of the education program
