Emotional reactivity

Any involuntary ,uncontrollable reaction towards an incident which may lead a person to be victimized.Most of the time they are new to that experience.

For example:

A teenage boy if he is mocked for behavior may burst in anger and may even harm the other in no time.

Emotional regulations

Here the individual has a planning ability to handle any emotional event and get balanced physically and emotionally.

For example

If their is a death if an elderly person who was bedridden for years in family the elders are prepared to handle it.
