1.First of all understand what the compaint is about and show patience to make the person who is compaining aware that you are there to resolve his/her issue and also introduce yourself to the person who you are in the system.
2. Secondly, Betsy should be a proper listener so that the person who is complaining feel that you are providing attention to wha heis telling.
3.Thirdly,explan to the person in a very calm way and ask a sorry even if the mistake is not from our side. This approach will make the person feel that you are a good person to resolve the issue.
4.Lastly, assure the person that we will try to never repeat any mistakes which created difficulty to them.
