At least two situations in which I would you assess for orthostatic hypotension; the screening should be performed at least yearly in all older adults due to the high prevalence of orthostatic hypotension in this population (Lee, 2013). People on anti-hypertensives, psychotropic medications) (Gupta & Lipsitz, 2007; Irvin & White, 2004). People suffering from Parkinson's disease, Vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetic neuropathy) (Gupta & Lipsitz, 2007) should also be screened.
