The success of the patch can be attributed to fentanyl low molecular weight and its highly lipophilic nature which enables it to be readily absirbed through the skin and subsequently distributed throughout the body

This drug also have serious life threatening or fatal respiratory depression patient should be monitor respiratory depression and it can be addicted to the patient

Instruct the patient carefully dispose the patch, fold the sticky sides of a used patch together and immediately flush down the toilet
