The Abbreviation for normal heart rhythm is: NSR

Normal heart rhythm is otherwise called Normal Sinus rhythm ( NSR). So the Abbreviation for normal heart rhythm is NSR ( Normal Sinus Rhythm).

Electrical signals are generated in the heart from the Sinus node. Normal Sinus Rhythm means, electral signals are properly generating from the Sinus node and the regular heart beat is occuring with normal rhythm.  

Abnormal heart rhythm is called Arrhythmia.
