Early adulthood: In this stage the two main activities are choices

Middle adulthood: In this stage the two main activities are caring
for their aging parents and bring up their children. They need help
to balance out their life between family and career.
Late adulthood: In this stage the main two activities are leisure
time and accepting illness and death. Assistance needed when doing
activities of daily living because of reduced perception and
sensations.
