Calculate the maximum dosage

From the given order 0.04 mg/kg/day is the maximum safe dosage

Maximum daily therapeutic dose = 0.04 mg × 10 kg

Maximum daily therapeutic dose = 0.4 mg

To find out maximum dose to be given at 10 am

Medication frequency is q8h ( 10am, 6pm and 2 am)

So 0.4 mg should be given in three equal devided dose per day
