1.The formal mass communication which can be most effective to educate the public and prevent infection is by using the Mass media. This communication can help to reach the nook abd corner of the world, from urbal to ruoral or from from most metropolitan region to remote areas. The other forms are through newspaper, magazine ,social platforms, internet. CDC ,WHO provides a complete details on how ta statistics and its preventative measures.

2. The informal way of communication which can be used here is by using the single strand method or by using the probability chain method to ensure the information reaches the target population.
