According to the book Frank M Snowden. A plaque doctor is a doctor without boarders. They put their lives and future on the line for no self interest and reward but rather the lives of the poor people are been defended by them. B) The significance of the study of diesese and the society is that : the significance of the study reveals how the medical science , public health in general have been transformed by the disease. The society have been changed by epidemic by affecting personal relationship,intellectual,art and the natural environment. As a person in the society we need to realize that what affect one person ,affects everyone and people should think of a way to resolve it rather than thinking about division of race and ethnicity.
