Answer: At present scenario losing weight is one of the biggest challenge for us. But losing weight or reducing fat is not that much easy, one needs determination for it. As I was over weight and it was becoming more difficult for me to loose weight, So, the very first thing I started to take warm lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach which also boost my skin. Then I go for the walk atleast for 45 minutes, in my suggestion one should also walk for 35 minutes as they will stay healthy. Then I take my breakfast that was protein-rich such as egg, and wheat bread with a glass of skimmed milk.
I didn't go for any diet plan but myself manage the foods and for atleast upto six months I have never eaten pizza or any kind of junk food and slowly the result was visible . I lost upto 10lbs in % months.
