Normal grief
This type of grief is perfectly natural and in a normal way that people respond in a day, week or month after their loved ones' death. they show crying, tear, sobbing, changes in sleep pattern, lack of energy, lethargic, withdrawing from normal activity and difficulty in concentrating, feeling anger, guilt, loneliness, depression, sad, etc. but they gradually return to new normal life.crying is a normal response to sadness. grief and mourning happen during this period of time. it is very among children and young people.
