Schedule 3 drug - it includes drug that is less physical dependence than schedule 1 and 2 but of more psychological dependence . Eg - ketamine.

C. Regulations - a license is required to import or export drug in these categories . A register must be kept for giving these drugs . Invoices must be retained for 2 years .
