Most common current problem in the nursing practice now a days is miscommunication.

The miscommunication between nurses and other healthcare professionals leads to many problems in the nursing care. As we know the healthcare system consist of many workers and coordination between all healthcare agencies needs to provide an appropriate and well care to the patients. A decrease in the communication between nurses leads to skipping or avoiding the continuity of an intervention that a nurse in the previous shift done. So it considered as the malpractice.
