Sit and talk with the client about the feelings

Reason----Most of the patients are anxious and have fear in the hospital setting especially the patient those who have never been hospitalized before..Talking to the patient help to minimize the anxiety and patient feels that the nurse is listening to their concern.sit and talk to the patient , ask them how are you feeling ,so that the patient can express their emotions.Try to find the reason from the patient to be anxious.it help the nurse to make the patient comfortable and reduce anxiety.
