A.Nusing practice.

Autoethnography is used to help the nurses when they are in emotional situations when the patient have passed away it helps by coping mechanisms.

B.Nursing education.

Descriptive qualitative study helps knowing the roles of the nurses who study different education such as master's versus doctrate etc.

C.Nursing leadership.

By conducting an institutional ethnography will know the impact of things on teamwork and confidence.
