This is ensuring that the quality of care is maintained in the healthcare setting I work for. I would handle the fact that I would not be anonymous and all of my testimony would be considered public record by seeking for protection in legal terms and protection by the police in case of any mishap. Since I work with full dedication trying to be at my best in my profession, I would feel comfortable working with a colleague in my field whom I know is also employed as an expert witness.
