For me access to health care means the use of personal health services to achieve better health outcomes.if services are available ,that means there is an availability of adequate supply of services,then there is an opportunity to obtain health care exists.Access to care depends on financial,orgnisational, and social or cultural barriers that limit the utilisation of services.Inorder to get satisfactory health outcomesservices available must be relevant and effective.Equalisation of acess maybe measured in terms of the availabiliy ,utilisation or outcomes of services.
