The most commonly used way of measuring body temperature is oral readinng and the most accurate way of measuring body temperature is rectal reading.

2- Shingle is a viral infection that can occur anywhere on your body and causes a painful rash. It is not life threatning but it can be very painful.

b- Rashes, red skin are the Common findings on a skin assessment of an older adult.

c-  Abnormal finding on a skin assessment includes turgor, and skin lesions.

3 a- Marasmus is inadequate energy intake in all forms, which occurs upto age 1, whereas kwashiorkor is protein deficiency with adequate energy intake whch occurrs after 18 months.
