The child's right are made by keeping in mind the basic needs of the child.
Some of the child's rights include right to survival, right to development, right to protection, right to participation. These rights are formulated by keeping in mind the need of a child to develop in a healthy environment, need for proper nutrition to develop and survive, need for love and care by caregivers, need to stay away from violence, abuse and torture for better mental health, need to educate to become an independent adult.
