Most people are not aware of what foods contain fiber. Many food diets, such as atkins,Keto,
could eliminate sources of fiber from people's diets. Many high fiber food are fresh
fruits such as berries or pears, and many countries can either not afford or do not have access to these products.

Fiber supplements may help, however, there are absorption concerns with fiber supplements.
Busy people could just grab a pear or handful of berries on their way out of the door in an effort to increase their fiber intake
