Life threatening manifestation of preeclampsia of pregnancy induced hypertension is HELLP Syndrome.

Haemolysis,Elevated Liver enzymes and Low Platelet Count.

These are the manifestations that are found with preeclampsia in pregnancy induced hypertension.These can be seen because of high blood pressure mostly occurs during last trimester and is very dangerous.This leads to placental abruption,stroke and also seizures which is life threatening.

So, option C is correct.Other options are not related with HELLP syndrome.
