1.As the patient has vomitus from the mouth and nose ,the carer or the first aider should protect self from getting infected with content.Use of personal protective equipment like a gloves or something which can cover the hand.

2.The responsiveness can be assessed by calling out name or with respect,giving a painful stimuli.

3.The first assessment to be done is ABCD

Airway: Assess fir any blockage in the nose or mouth

Breathing:Assess for chest movement, airway exchange in nose

Circulation:Check the pulse of the patient

Disability:Assess the patient for any fracture

4.The airway can be managed by

Tilting the head and lifting the chin can open the blocked airway

To prevent aspiration place the patient head turned to one side

Ventilate the area by removing any crowd

Do not give anything to drink

Shift the patient to medical help
