So if 500L solvent is taken, 1 L of solute will be present.

In 0.75L, (1/500) ×0.75L of solute is present ie 0.0015L Or 1.5ml.(1L is 1000ml).

If we take density of water, then 1ml of water is equals to 1g of water.Since, density of medicine is not given, so, 1.5 ml of medicine equals to 1.5g of medicine. So, 1.5g is the correct option.
