Moreum is a 25 year old woman who has severe asthma. She lives in the middle of a very busy city and struggles to get about because her asthma leaves her breathless. Moreum finds it very hard to exercise due to her asthma, and is overweight.
Marium does not have a job, but looks forward to going out in the evenings with her friends to the local pub for a few alcoholic drinks and a kebab on the way home. Moreum also smokes when she is with her friends and has tried a few recreational drugs.

2.Overcrowded city cause more pollution and exaggerate the symptoms of asthma.Smoke settles in the moist lining of the airways and cause asthma. Alcohol contain histamine and sulphurdioxide that are triggers of asthma.

3.Be away from air pollution, dust or pollen

Avoid overcrowded areas

Stop drinking alcohol and stop smoking

Do mild exercises regularly, go for walking

Clean home regularly and be away from pets.
