My response to this question will certainly be a No.

The reasons i feel relevant to support my decision are:

1. The Laws governing the State are different and has many political ramifications to bring it under the ambit of a national system.

2. The cultural diversity prevailing among different age groups and class of its citizens differ to agree on a common platform for its implementation.

3. The economic concerns that arises with the effect of such a system in such a vast country will be inviting trouble towards an already suffering economy of the US.
