Heart palpitations in hypoglycemia pathophysiology is Due to decrease glucose level ,production of adrenaline level is decrease it leads to palpitations.

Unconsciousness : Due to decrease blood glucose , blood cont able to supply enough glucose to produce energy required for brain,it leads to mental confusion,irritability,and it leads to unconsciousness.
