All the health care professionals are dedicated to their work and specially nurses. They take care of the patient and everything they need to get well soon. But sometimes the standards of care changes because of the many reasons. Such as overtime work or low payment may be the reason in the change of the quality care of the patient. Excess duty hours may cause lethargy in the healthcare professional.
