ENVIRONMENT:The thirdone in the chain of infection.

The epidemiologic traid consist of 3 billars ie,External  Agent, Susceptible Host and an  environment that helps to bring host to the agent.

AGENT :Agent referred as an infectious micro-organism or pathogens. For example: virus,bacteria,parasite or other microbes.

HOST :Host refers to human who get the disease from agent.A variety of intrinsic factors make the human susceptable for disease called as highrisk factors like hygiene,lifestyle,nutrition,medications,chronic illness,exposure etc.

ENVIRONMENT:Environment refers to extrinsic factors that affect the agent and the opportunity for exposure.Enivironmental factors consist of climate,vectors,socioeconomic condition,available health service etc.
