Do you know anyone who is color blind? Is this person male or female? Which colors did the person have difficulty distinguishing? What types of cues do color blind people use to distinguish colors? One of my male family friend named henry has color blindness . as its genetic disorder his son also has the color blindness. In this condition there is problem in visualizing the color and they cannot differentiate   between red / green colour . henry to had the same problem he cannot distinguish between red green color mixed background . it is very difficult for them to distinguish the color so they use some cues like color saturation shape and size of object ,location of object. Most of the time they require a reference to identify the color
