What is the role of the administrator, manager, or trustee in institutional ethics?
In an institutional ethics the main role of the trustee, manager, or administrator is always “try to provide an ethical care and determine how to act with ethical integrity to their communitie groups, while that they remain ensuring fiscally secure and betterly understand thetr certain demands and conflicting expectations that American society places upon the healthcare systems” (Morrison & Furlong, 2014, p. 211). Eachof these trustee, manager, or administrator roles are very important to ensure and obtain a best healthcare to every patient by providing in the most ethical manner. If these roles did not exist, many problems and ethical conflicts would occur between the patient, staff, and other parties involved.
