Health care organization deals with treating patients and curing them from illness.A organization success always depends on the quality of services it provided to its patient.

If the quality is not received by patient it means the standard of care is not met by the medical professionals, leading to poor revenue generation because will start opting for a different organization where quality is good. Contract management is mainly for the staff and not for the patient.

Therefore a quality outcome will improve revenue and success of a health care organization.
