How does your work history prepare you for your future career goals? For example: health administration

Having future goals are very important because you will have some aspirations of where to reach in your life and to be there your current work and past work play major role. I have experience of 3 years in health field and that has shaped my career differently as I kept working hard. I started with medical representatives for a pharmaceutical company and then I worked as a health manager in the same company and now I work as a health administrator in the same company. I want to open my company and make cheaper medicines for poor people and I think my work experience cover all the experiences I need to have to open a new company.
