1. The condition patient is experiencing is Preeclampsia.

2. The Preeclampsia occurs usually after 20 weeks of pregnancy and the increased blood pressure is due to hypertension and high level of protein in the urine is called as proteinuria. This condition is called as toxemia of pregnancy.It has symptoms like blurred vision and headache.

3. The most effective way for Preeclampsia is delivery, since the patient has increased risk of seizures,stroke, placental abruption and severe bleeding until your blood pressure decreases also some medications are:

_ medications to lower blood pressure.

_ corticosteroids to improve liver and platelet function and to prolong pregnancy, it can also help to develop baby's lungs and in preparing a premature baby for life outside the womb.

_ Anticonvulsant medications to prevent first seizure.

_ bed rest.

_ Hospitalization.
