The most important personal hygiene in a healthcare facility is hand washing because hands are the major source of spreading the disease. We interact with everyone via hands like handshaking and it can spread pathogen to another person. We open the doorknob via hands and when other person touch that know microorganisms will spread further and the whole healthcare facility can be affected. So, it is advice to wash hands with soap or with sanitizer frequently in healthcare facility.

If you have cold then wearing mask is very necessary. Clothes should be changed in healthcare facility.

Hair washing is also important as microorganisms tend to get trapped in hair and can be spreaded further.
