Weak thread pulse indictates shock

Pulse should have normally rate, rhythm.

3. Respiration:

Normal respiratory rate indicates regularly of respiratory and metabolic system.

4.Blood pressure:

Normal blood pressure indicates normally pressure exerted at the walls of blood vessels.

5. Pain:

Emotional experience due to physiological changes.
